30-Day Refund Policy

At Power Energy Deals, customer satisfaction matters. If you are not satisfied with a paid service purchased from us, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original transaction date.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase

  • The service purchased is refundable in nature (exclusions listed below)

  • The customer provides relevant account or payment details for verification

  • The service has not been fully utilized or permanently completed (if applicable)


Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed commercial procurement services

  • Supplier contracts already executed or activated

  • Enrollment services that have already been submitted to a utility provider

  • Fees paid to third-party suppliers, energy companies, or utilities

  • Any government, regulatory, or utility-imposed fees

  • Usage-based energy charges billed directly by utilities or providers

These items are considered final once activated or processed.


Refund Process

Refunds must be requested through our support team. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Processing time is typically:

  • 3 to 10 business days for card payments

  • Up to 30 days for ACH or bank refunds


Service Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a paid service during the 30-day window, contact our support team. Cancellation of contracted energy plans may be subject to supplier or utility terms, which are separate from Power Energy Deals and may carry third-party cancellation fees.


Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge date. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
